Moving recommendations

I'm moving towards the end of the month and looking for advice on who to hire (or avoid) for a local move. We're just going from SLU to Mt. Baker/Columbia City area. Any personal experience or recommendations greatly appreciated.

Additionally, any places worth checking out in the Columbia City neighborhood (other than the places on Rainier)? I've gotten spoiled living so close to Fremont and downtown. I don't really know this neighborhood very well yet.  Thanks in advance for any wisdom.

I've used three local moving companies for my Mom. Stay away from Action and America's Moving Machines. Two Men And A Truck out of Kirkland were okay, and even helped me reassemble her bed off the clock, which I had disassembled myself to save on time. With any mover, make certain their quote includes travel time, or you may get a big surprise at the end.

Shoot. I tried to post a link. Adam's Moving & Delivery Service = amazing. Seriously.

Good luck!
Seconding Adam's Moving and Delivery. Very communicative, great workers. Would totally recommend.
My coworker and his neighbor and I have/are using Motivated Movers. So far, so good.
I used Cant Stop Moving.. I liked them.
Thanks guys. I appreciate the advice!
A-Ray's took 5.5 hours to move a 1-bedroom 1 mile. Never again.
