smartypants rants

We all know of studies that show evidence of S.A.D. being a real condition here in Seattle, but are there other factors which alter the brain chemistry of the populace within this region?

Could there be a major role for geomagnetic storms to play, or even electromagnetic fields and fluctuations, in the psychoactive behavioral patterns of its citizenry?

Has anyone noticed this phenomena? Working in Ballard, I've seen some strange trends in behavior, and often wondered at the causation. Lately, I've noticed a trend toward the hostile and an extreme lack of logical thought.

How would a person test this hypothesis?

Or is this mob madness that I've witnessed merely the christmas spirit?
