Cricket bats?

I was just wondering if anybody knew where to find cricket bats in the Seattle area. They don't have to be new or in any condition resembling good at all. They just have to be cricket bats, since I need to buy one for my totally rocking Shaun of the Dead costume. I've tried most of the major sporting goods stores (Big 5, GI Joes, Olympic, Play it Again, etc), and so now I am curious as to whether or not there is some kind specialty store out there that deals in these kinds of things, or if there is some kind of shadowy cricket bat underground where they are sold in exchange for kidneys. Thanks.

Flu Shot Special in Victoria.

If anyone is desperate to get a flu shot, this might be the way to go. My father in Boston brought this to my attention though my husband and I aren't concerned about getting the shots, I know a lot of people are...

The Victoria Clipper is now offering flu shots for their passengers. This service costs $105 per person and includes:
· 1 round-trip cruise to Victoria
· 1 flu vaccine.
The vaccine will be given to Victoria Clipper passengers at the Belleville Terminal in Victoria once the passenger has been cleared by Canada Customs and Immigration.

This discount on our normal retail rate of $115 per person will be available Monday through Saturday until December 18, 2004. Flu shots will also be available for $30 for those passengers who have already booked their transportation. The Victoria Clipper departs Seattle at 8 a.m. each day and departs from Victoria at 5 p.m. each evening.

For more information please call 206-448-5000 or 800-888-2535 from outside the Seattle area.

Absentee ballot

Has anyone not received their absentee ballot yet? My husband and I haven't received ours for the November election and we're wondering when we should be worried. We received them for the September primary in August, so they have our address and we haven't moved.

I know they were late in mailing some ballots out, so I could just be paranoid. I would feel better if someone else also had not received their ballots yet.

Looking for fake fur

Can anyone reccomend any good Snohomish County / King County fabric or craft stores? Specifically, I'm looking for places that carry fake fur by the yard. I went down to Stitches in Seattle yesterday, and of course there's the standard JoAnn Fabrics and Hancock Fabrics.
