blank t-shirts

any good seattle-area stores specializing in selling blank t-shirts, not just plain white hanes in a 3-pack? i'm having a hard time finding anything that isn't an online wholesaler. i'd like to save a few bucks by avoiding the major department stores.

I need ideas

Ho hum, another day at the grind stone. I really don't want to be here today and I'm sure that it's going to get worse when my children get here. So that begs the question of what I am I going to do to entertain my girls while they are here for the month that they will be staying with me.

I have found several things that we can do that should entertain them, but most of them cost money, and that is something that I just don't have a lot of. So does anyone out there has any good ideas for inexpensive outings that me and girls can do that embraces the Northwest culture and experiences and a little off the beaten path? Ages of my daughters are 11 and 7 and both pretty active but can get a little cranky when they get tired. Also, I'll be working part of the time they will be here, so I'm hoping to find some things that can be done in a few hours.

One last thing then I will stop pestering y'all. Where is a good place to watch fireworks on the fourth and how early do you have to get there to get a decent spot?

Does anyone know where I could buy hemp (in spools, for making necklaces)? I found some at Joann Fabrics, but they only sell one type, and I'm looking for some variety, especially thicker vs. thinner.

Ok.

I am in a HUGE rut right now.

To make a long story short, I need a roommate ASAP. And by ASAP, I mean tomorrow. You can stay as long as you want, but I mainly just need someone till August, but if you need a place for longer than that, that is absolutely fine too. I'm willing to help you move, help you unpack, help you clean, etc etc etc, so long as you'll move in ASAP.

This could be much exaggerated on, but it need not be done here.

Hey Everyone!

It comes that time again when everyone's moving out, and everyone's moving in. Well, I'm looking for a roomate that can move in by July 1st, and whether it be on this community or referred to me by someone on this community, that'd be cool (as long as they're sane and all that jazz). Here are the specs:

Help With Craft Shop

There was a post on here not too long ago. It was about a craft shop in Seattle that was so cool they had a work area in back and sewing machines and people gathered there to work on things. I need to find that shop. Can you help?

(I'm busy checking back entries now, but if the poster or someone who remembers could help me out that'd be great.)

Thanks so much.
