Udistrict breakfast options?

So I along with thousands of others are running in the Beat the Bridge on Sunday at Husky Stadium.

Does anyone know of any place around the Ave that serves breakfast at 5am? I know the old IHOP is there, but I dont think it was 24 hours.

Any other options?

Thanks

SE Capitol Hill Apartmt for RENT

Posting for friend:

A large, 2nd story, one bedroom apartment in a 1901 house in SE Capitol Hill (Squire Park) will be available to rent June 15, perhaps a bit sooner.

The newly remodeled kitchen has cherry wood cabinets, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and gas stove. It has new carpet, high ceilings, turn of the century charm, a pleasant view over Madison Valley toward the Cascades, and a private entrance.

No smoking allowed. Cats are okay and small dogs are okay upon my approval. There are laundry facilities in the building. It is located one block from major bus routes to the U-District and Downtown and has easy street parking.

$825 + utilities which run about $40-50 per month. No last month's rent requested up front, just the first month’s rent and a security deposit that can be paid in installments.

Call 206-323-3172 or e-mail talondance@leathergoddess.net if you have questions or would like to see the apartment.

THANKS!
Rossellini
