is anyone out there planning on joining a gym soon, and would you be interested in gold's on broadway? i have a two for one coupon for enrollment fees, but as the beautiful south said "a two for one's no good when there's just one." we could go in together and each save half.
**edit** if anyone is interested in joining, we can go in together and have NO enrollment fees, and pay $40 a month, on a month to month basis.
I don't know what it is about some of the numbskulls using the telephone nowadays, but after all of the calls that have been taken in the last 48 hours, the need to point something out has been made clear.
The number to Anthony's Homeport Restaurant (at the Shilshole Bay) is as follows:
If you are a digit or so off the mark, then there is a decent chance that you are calling my domicile. Here is a hint for you: the apartment you have reached if you do not call the above number is not Anthony's Restaurant. You may have reached the home of a couple of very demented expat Southerners who heretofore will have no qualms about subjecting future callers to Passion of the Christ heckling and non-stop jokes about bar-hopping rabbis and priests.
In making Easter reservations, please be aware of the number you are calling so that you are not bothering a random couple who just wants to eat and sleep and screw without being interrupted every hour by some idiot who is either too lazy to look up the real number or is impaired in the reading department.
Thank you and have a good day.
Hi, I just thought I'd share this with you.
I'm going to be selling a lot of my stuff on eBay in the next day or so in order to help me reach my $3,000 dollar goal before moving to Seattle. If anyone is interested at all, just check my journal sometime in the near future for more details.
This will be the last and only time I mention this on here, I promise.
For all of you "girl book" lovers, Meg Cabot (author of the Princess Diaries series) is coming to the Secret Garden Bookshop in Ballard on Thursday, April 8, 2004 at 7pm. Very exciting. You should come!
Anyone know of where to start looking for entry level IT work? Prefer not to go the contract/temp route...my brother is looking for something in the area so he can get out of eastern washington.
Anyone have any suggestions as where to buy the most flavorful and fresh fruits and vegetables, preferably as close to the U-District as possible?
