Help with finding a place to Volunteer

Greetings all,

A friend and I were speaking earlier about how she would like to opportunity to volunteer holding infants whom are addicted to drugs, however neither she nor myself could find out where, in the Seattle area, this sort of volunteer work could be done. Do any of you have an idea as to where this sort of opportunity could be found?

Thank you all in advance :)

And now for something completely odd.

What's the smallest coin currency you guys can think of? Smaller than a US dime. I know some Czech coins are smaller, but I think I remember something smaller than that.
Caveat- something I can exchange US funds for in Seattle and obtain a large quantitiy of, for an art project.(enough to cover about 30ish sq ft)
