Selling or trading books

Anyone have recent info on good places to sell or trade books?

Twice Sold Tales will do store credit and there's always Half Price Books, but what else is out there?

I don't know if they still do it (not sure why they wouldn't) but a few years ago you could go to Powell's website and enter ISBN numbers to see if they were willing to pay you for whatever books. They provided a shipping label for anything they were willing to purchase.

Third Place Books (at least the Lake Forest Park location, I don't know about Ravenna) is now buying used books and CDs.

paperbackswap.com

You list 10 books and get 2 free credits. Listing is free. Everytime someone requests a book from you, you mail it to them. When they receive it, you get a credit. You use that credit to request other books. The credits are interchangeable with their sister site, swapadvd.com :)

Don't know if you're willing to go as far south as Tacoma, but the Tacoma Book Center is definitely a viable option.
