Am thinking of making a career jump into an electrician apprenticeship, and was wondering if there were any other electricians out in the comm I could pester about what their work is like, the pros/cons of the field, and what I might expect to encounter. And if you're a female electrician, that would be a bonus--I'd love to hear what your experiences have been, esp. in the Seattle area.
I did check it out, thank you--unfortunately she doesn't seem to talk so much about her experiences as an electrician as her experiences working on military contracts. :( Still interesting stuff, but way too high level to be useful to me right now ...
I can't offer any help, but if you decide to do it and are good at it, I have an entire house that needs grounding along with a few other electrical issues.
PS- I would not care at all that you're female, and would probably actually prefer that due to the past experiences I've had with male vs. female professionals. But maybe I'm just sexist bc I'm female myself. Idk.
In such situation you need a skilled professional electrician, who is friendly and Courteous, work for you in cheap price in your budget with guaranteed repair in time.
