I want purdy nails

Hi seattle, I've seen girls around with cute little designs and/or fake gemstones and the like on their toes. I'm going on vacation to somewhere warm hot as hell and would like to have pretty toes, too, but none of the nail salons I've ever been to seem to offer anything like that (or at least, I've never seen it on a price list or anything). Where could I get something like that done? Bonus points if it's anywhere between or around Queen Anne/Magnolia and Northgate on the 15th Ave./Holman Road side of things.
