A letter
Though I have been born and raised in Western Washington, my hometown pride has been crushed when recently I realized that you are the only large city I've ever been to or lived in that did not have an Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, TGIF, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Black Angus, Keg, or Wal Mart (not that I particularly like Wal Mart, but still). Instead you have 50 McDonald's and 800 Starbucks. Thankfully you at the very least have 1 Costco, 1 Target, 2 Burger Kings, 1 Dairy Queen, and 2 KFC's. I guess that's something. Also, why, in a city this large, do you not have a Pizza Hut or Dominos that can deliver to every location? What's this "pick-up" only garbage? In The U-District, even! Of all places in a city to deliver... you don't. WTF city of 602,000 people?
Guess ya gotta live in Tacoma to get all the good stuff.
