Anyone know of a cheap place to rent a car? Last time, I tried renting a car from Enterprise they wanted to proof of insurance. Hertz was ok but it wasn't cheap.
Flexcar was an idea but I'll be exceeding their mileage cap.
I live on the hill (willing to bus it to pick up a car) under 25 and with no insurance.
